Product Manager

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer


The Product Manager (PM) is the primary owner of JumpTech’s products including setting strategy
and priority for product development activities. Through a combination of industry knowledge,
competitive insights and voice of the customer, the PM sets the cadence for managing features and
timing of existing products. This role is inherently cross-functional working closely with development,
UX design, sales, support, marketing, and executive teams to own and lead projects from initial
conception through launch.


  • Manage product roadmaps, including existing product feature enhancements, business
    partner requirements and new product introductions
  • Ability to conduct competitive and marketplace analysis, building understanding of customer
    needs and determining how to create a best-in-class customer experience
  • Develop strong, collaborative relationships with business partners to manage the process of
    integrating their lines of business into JumpTech solutions
  • Develop clear, effective product features and user stories
  • Synthesize ideas and suggestions from stakeholders and users to determine what to build,
    based on business priorities, strategy and vision
  • Ability to take metrics and compile the product performance story that’s consumable by
    senior executives and clearly shows the value of the investment
  • Consistent, clear and appropriate communication to business leaders, including executives,
    technology and capital partners
  • Partner closely with technology teams to ensure strength of product delivered


  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • 2+ years of experience presenting to VP level and above
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of software development and particularly the Agile approach to development
  • Experience with driving improvements to customer / consumer experience
  • Proven ability to translate business and technical requirements, establishing strong vision for
    simple and seamless experience for cloud-based clients.
  • Experience in healthcare
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely to leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects and
    continue to monitor and make changes to work as the project needs dictate
  • Experience with the Agile project develop methodology
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships with partners
  • Strong product/program planning skills
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, especially in a cross organizational matrixed teams
